U.S. Relations with Latin America after Venezuela: Is Cuba Next?

Given the U.S. removal of Venezuelan President Maduro on January 3, what is next for Venezuela and how will the U.S. interact with the leadership left behind there? Similarly, the President is speaking about the need for change in Cuba and hinted that the U.S. could help bring about that change as well.  Our speaker this month is ideally suited to help us understand not only these recent developments, but also broader trends in U.S – Latin America relations.
